Voice for Victory Network

Voice for Victory Network is a mission-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing dignity, inclusion, protection, and opportunity for vulnerable populations worldwide, with a particular focus on girls, women, children with disabilities, youth, families, and underserved communities.

Founded by Franca Ukpaiama through the integration of professional expertise and lived experience, the organization develops innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions that address systemic barriers to inclusion and human development.

Voice for Victory Network exists to build global systems of dignity, inclusion, emotional restoration, and future protection for vulnerable individuals, families, women, girls, and persons with disabilities through advocacy, leadership, education, economic empowerment, and strategic global partnerships.
