A flagship initiative of Voice for Victory Network, the Little Giants Initiative (LGI) was founded by Victory Ukpaiama, a disability inclusion advocate and young leader born with achondroplasia.
LGI was created to ensure that children and youth with disabilities are seen, valued, protected, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Inspired by Victory’s lived experience overcoming bullying, discrimination, and exclusion, LGI develops programs that promote disability inclusion, leadership development, digital access, emotional wellness, educational success, family support, and future protection.
Together, Voice for Victory Network and Little Giants Initiative are building a future where every child, regardless of ability, can grow with confidence, opportunity, and hope.
